- Focus on Physical Asanas and breathing technique
- Guided children and students to Yoga by teaching Yamas and Niyamas
- Taught children and trained to do advanced poses without any injuries
- Guided many women from social women group to lead a Holistic Life.
- Guided senior citizen by mentoring them to stay healthy and fit forgetting their age
